The staff were super friendly n helpful, makin us feel welcome from the start. The room was nice n clean with a great garden view. I loved the variety of dinner options, especially the themed nights, made it fun eveyday! Plus, the spa n gym were chill spots to unwind after a day at the beach. It was a real nice stay, perfect for a couple's getaway!
Only downside was that the rooftop bar was kinda slow to open and the pool area could use more attention. Drink service at the bar took too long, a lil frustrating.

great stay with friendly staff
Especially Vinay, were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The ocean view from our premium room was lovely. The heated pool added a nice touch, offering a comfortable area to relax even in cooler evenings. I particularly enjoyed having a garden view at breakfast each morning.
The beach area had some rocky patches that detracted from the overall relaxation experience.

everything was very good, had an extra special stay with different activities. all the staffs were decent. there was a big bed that i enjoyed in the premium twin room. the location was stunning and particularly good, on the eastern coast, the hotel overlooked garden. le comptoir, where you can eat nice food, was set 10 minutes walk away.

Beach vibes and lekker service 🌊✨
The floating breakfast was just unreal, and the staff went outta their way to. Shakirah at reception sorted our brekkie, and the bar staff were absolute legends, always ready for a dop.
The room could use some sprucing up. A bit dated for my liking, but overall a solid stay!

Beautiful room with a fine garden view and a large bathroom area. The accommodating staff consistently provided excellent service, and the pool area was pristine and modern-ideal for a refreshing drink. Food options were diverse, especially during dinners, where tropical fruits were a good highlight. It was unexpected that drinks were not included during dinner. The hotel's upkeep was commendable, but the lack of complimentary drinks was nice.

The beachfront plunge pool in the Premium Room was a nice touch, with a bit of privacy while you enjoy the ocean views. The pool area itself is cozy, perfect for lounging when you want a break from the waves.
The beach isn't what you'd hope for. Rocky patches and seaweed take the shine off the sunbathing experience. Food variety is pretty bland and somewhat uninspired, resembling standard hotel fare with limited options. The hotel's location on the eastern coast lacks nightlife, and getting to livelier areas requires a pricey taxi ride. Additional fees for services like towels and water can feel a bit nickel-and-dime, especially when you're already paying a premium. And, if you're hoping for a fresh bottle of water each day, plan for disappointment. Two small bottles for two people isn't cutting it.
